Chi Mei Entech Co. (CMLT) Selects Johnson Matthey to Supply
Model PSH-30 Hydrogen Purifier in Taiwan
WEST CHESTER, PA, November 21, 2007 Johnson
Matthey Gas Purification
Technology (GPT) group, a global leader in the design, manufacture
and distribution of
highly reliable bulk and point-of-use purifiers, announced
today that they supplied a Model PSH-30 hydrogen purifier,
capable of hydrogen flows of 30 Nm3/hr. to Chi Mei Entech Co.,
Ltd. (CMLT), in Taipei, Taiwan. Pionics Technology Corporation,
Johnson Matthey's Taiwanese sales and service agent, secured
the sale.
CMLT is a manufacturer of LEDs used to backlight LCD screens.
They are a division of Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), one of
the world's leading manufacturers of thin film transistor liquid
crystal displays (TFT-LCD) with sales of $5.9 billion. Founded
in 1998, CMO has over 16,000 employees in Taiwan and 28,000
